Happy Friday everyone!
I’ve been rethinking the weekly line-up and really haven’t decided to settle on certain categories because there’s so much to say… But I have decided to introduce new contributors, which I’m really excited about. So starting next Tuesday , I’ll introduce a new feature contributor to our PAINT TALK Tuesday’s. We’ll have topics such as Why low VOC paint, the Best Brushes to use for what job, Paint Techniques, just to name a few. And there will be more fun products and design tips coming as well.
The biggest comment I’ve been getting, (mostly from friends) is that I should get a new camera. It’s their polite way of saying that my pictures could admittedly improve. It does make a big difference. So, I’m off to get a better camera this weekend. I was told I should get a Nikon Rebel. If anyone has any other suggestions, I’d appreciate it.
In the meantime, stay tuned for EYE SPY Monday – It’s the colour of the year and my favourite.

Good idea with the camera – perhaps you should check with Greg regarding how to light the shot as well. He might even come out to help and give you some pointers. You don’t need to buy expensive lights – there are effective ways to light and adjust your camera set ups.
When you go out to look at cameras specify that you want a camera that can shoot in low light settings.
